Shipping and refund policy
Unfortunately due to the ongoing Pandemic in this country and the Industry we perform business in, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember based on your Financial Institution it can take your bank or credit card company several business days to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your order has been approved for refund and you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank account/ credit card company as it may take several days for your refund to post to your account.

Thank You for shopping with Glory Estates. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have on shipping times and rates.
All orders are processed within (3) three business days with the exception to our custom orders and Wooden Serving Boards which are processed within approximately (5) five business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing higher than usual volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and will be communicated with customer promptly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates: Flat Rate?
As we deal with orders that span many different weights we currently do not offer Flat rate shipping rates on all of our products, however we are constantly looking at improving our customer relations and will be trying to attain flat rate shipping rates in the future.
Shipping costs both Domestic and Internationally are calculated at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number that is provided will be active within (24) twenty-four hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Glory Estates is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
